How to do it?

To create your rental file, you must start by creating a personal space.

Go to www.dossierfacile.logement.gouv.fr

Click “Connect”
Click on “New to DossierFacile? Create an account”
Enter your email address, password and confirm it
Assure us that you are not a robot and remember to check the CGU box
Then click on “I create my account”

You can access the DossierFacile platform from FranceConnect. FranceConnect is the solution proposed by the State to secure and simplify connection to your online services.

You will find a message in your mailbox with the following subject: “Welcome to DossierFacile!”
Click on the button “I complete my DossierFacile!”

DossierFacile only asks you for the documents required by law :

Once the files are completed, they are handled within 24 hours by our team of operators.
