Get psychological help and be listened to

Updated on 5 days ago

What is it?

A welcoming, anonymous and confidential place to:

  • take care of your mental health
  • be listened to, talk about your problems
  • be directed towards structures adapted to your situation
  • meet new people, get advice, etc.
We welcome all adults in serious social difficulties without appointment, regardless of gender or nationality.

Why is it interesting?

You can meet a nurse to:

  • Listen to your needs
  • Take your vital signs: blood pressure, temperature, etc.
  • Refer you to appropriate medical services.
Students in their last year of general medicine are here twice a week in the mornings.

A psychologist can help you:

  • Wednesdays, Thursdays, Friday mornings with one-to-one sessions
  • Thursday afternoons with group workshops: talk groups, arts and crafts to help you feel better
  • To find other health professionals.
If you don't speak French fluently, you can get a professional interpreter to help you understand and share the traumatic events you have experienced. Nurses and psychologists from the DIASM (mental health support service) are also available to help and support you.

Joint activities are offered with different associations:

  • Expressing yourself and sharing with others
  • Sharing what is difficult and what feels good.
  • Find a doctor or specialist
  • Assistance with first medical appointments
  • Referral to specialized centers (CMP , DIASM, EMSP Montjoie).
