Training to create websites and mobile apps

What is it?

A free 7-week training course to learn web development, with:

  • technical courses and practical exercises on creating websites and applications
  • French lessons.

The training is organized in small groups of 12 to 15 people.
The goal is to learn the basics of the profession to then work or do other training.

To do this training, you must:
- have refugee status, or beneficiary of subsidiary protection, or beneficiary of temporary protection, or stateless person
- be registered with France Travail
- be over 18 years old
- have a minimum level of French A2
- be motivated and available during the 7 weeks of training (different dates each year).

Why is it interesting?

90 hours of French lessons to:

  • communicate better orally and in writing
  • learn the vocabulary of the IT world.
  • Know how to use a content management system, also called CMS, to design, publish and manage websites, online stores (e-commerce sites) and mobile applications
  • Understand the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Know the best security practices
  • Understand accessibility and eco-design.
The main activities of a CMS (Content Management System) developer are:
- design a web application project using a CMS
- produce a web application from a CMS
- prepare the launch of the web application
- maintain solutions.

This training allows you to validate the RS 5599 certification: Create web applications using a content management system (CMS).  

  • Know how to organize a project and work in a team
  • Be autonomous
  • Be able to learn new skills
  • Communicate with different people (colleagues, customers, users, etc.).

At the end of this training, you can look for a job or continue with another training to obtain a diploma.
