Become a bank customer service adviser
What is it?
Free, paid training to learn to be a customer service adviser in the banking sector, and sign a permanent or work-study contract at the end.
You will learn to:
- Welcome customers, responding to their requests and identifying needs as they arise
- Sell financial and insurance products tailored to customer needs
- Follow up with customers by phone to offer financing solutions
- Handle complaints and disputes and signpost to suitable services
- Build customer loyalty by answering their questions and maintaining regular contact.
- have a residence permit allowing you to work in France
- be registered with France Travail (or be in the process of registering)
- be available full-time from the beginning of the training
- have at least a B1 level of French, both spoken and written
- have completed the baccalauréat and a further 2 years of study
- alternatively, have your foreign diploma recognised in some cases.
Several training courses run each year, in several sectors (distribution, transport, health, banking, etc.) and in several cities (Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lille, etc.). The program can be found here.
At the end of each training course, you have the opportunity to sign a permanent, fixed-term or work-study contract with a large company.
