Learn French and receive professional support

French courses tailored to your level and group workshops to help you succeed in your professional integration.

This free 360-hour training course is open to newly arrived women (refugees, beneficiaries of subsidiary protection, temporary protection, asylum seekers).

To participate, you must:
- have attended school for more than 10 years in your country of origin and wanting to highlight professional experience in future job searches
- have an A1.1 level in speaking and writing and not to be able to read and write in French
- live in Paris.

Please note that there are priority applications: women who have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit, and women with dependent children or who are single parents.

Schedule: 20 hours per week over 4 days, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm (excluding Wednesdays).

Session 1: September 21, 2026 - February 5, 2027

Session 2: March 1, 2027 - July 17, 2027

Modules:

1. French: French as a foreign language courses (126 hours), revision workshops (72 hours), phonetics (18 hours), French through theatre (27 hours), civic education (27 hours)

2. Employment and qualifications: career path workshops (45 hours), social and professional support (4 hours)

3. Art and self-confidence: artistic workshops and production of a collective short documentary film (45 hours).

Why is it interesting?

The training is carried out by professionals with different diplomas and qualifications:

  • trainer in French as a foreign language (FLE)
  • actors or actresses
  • museum speakers
  • career counselors.
You can prepare and take the DELF exam A1 (French language studies diploma) at the end of the training.

You can meet other women to discuss your difficulties in finding a job or training and to support each other.

Former students of this program return to the school to share their experiences and give advice.

  • Artistic workshops and the creation of a collective short documentary film
  • Use art to regain your self-confidence.

You will be able to do theater exercises with actors to:

  • improve your spoken French
  • learn to communicate better and integrate more easily.

You will learn to:

  • draft a resume and perform research simulations
  • enhance your experience
  • prepare for an interview.
