Why is it interesting?

In the DU PEX of the University of Rouen Normandy, there are 150 hours of French courses. Classes take place from September to December and from January to May.

You will take exams to obtain a University Diploma.

It is also possible to take the DELF/TCF at the end of the training. However, the DELF and TCF are chargeable.

If you are a refugee, beneficiary of subsidiary or temporary protection and you are under 35 years old, you can have financial assistance (grants based on social criteria or specific annual aid) every month and accommodation to complete the training.

During the training, you will discover the university in France: what it is to be a student, how courses and exams are organized, what diplomas and training exist, learn to make presentations, prepare for exams...

The French higher education system is complex.

During the training, professionals individually accompany each student to reflect on their academic and professional project, depending on their possibilities.

The professionals also help you write your CV and cover letters, and register for the training courses that interest you.

  • 30 hours of tutoring
  • Collective and individual meeting with the MIO (Information and Orientation Mission).

You will have access to different activities during the training:

  • Painting workshops and other artistic activities
  • Share a good time and discover new cultures...

How to do it?

After sending the application, if it is accepted, you will receive a confirmation email.
