Create an account on AL'in to find social housing

AL'in is a website that connects employees looking for social housing with available housing offers.

The aim is to help finding suitable social housing, with :

  • the creation of a personal account
  • the ability to view available housing offers and send applications
  • the possibility of sending the file directly to the social landlord.
To create an account on AL'in, you must have already applied for social housing and be a:
- employee of a private company of more than 10 people
- employee of an agricultural company of more than 50 people
- employee of a public company
- young worker
- employee in a situation of professional mobility
- student or apprentice looking for social housing near the place of study or training.
To search for social housing offers on AL'in, you need the Unique Departmental or Regional Number (NUD or NUR), which you received when you applied for social housing.

How to do it?

  1. On the website https://al-in.fr , click at the top right on “Connect”
  2. Click on “Create my account”
  3. Complete the information: title (madam or sir), last name, first name, mobile phone, email
You must use the same email address as for your social housing application (made on the national site or on a local site).

4. Check the box(es) on communications and general terms and conditions
5. Click on “Create my account”.

  1. Click on the link received in your mailbox
  2. Reconnect to the AL'in website to validate your account
  3. Write your NUR / NUD number (unique regional number or unique departmental number). This is the number of your social housing application (DLS) .
If you do not have a NUR, you will automatically arrive on the social housing application page in your department.

  1. Check your personal information.
  2. If there is an error or a change in your situation, click on: “Modify my information”. You will arrive on the social housing request page for your department.
  3. After making your changes, click on “Update” to have all the information updated on your AL'in account.
Your social housing application must be updated: this is the information that arrives in your AL'in account.

4. Complete the information about your business.

On the AL'in website , you can search for social housing.

Depending on your criteria, the site also offers available accommodation adapted to your situation.

The accommodation offers offered vary depending on the company.

If you have found an offer that interests you, you can send an application with your file.

There is a deadline for sending your application, it is written on the offer.
You can only apply for one accommodation offer at a time: if you find another suitable offer, you can cancel your current application at any time to position yourself for another accommodation before your file is sent to the lessor.
If your application is not selected for accommodation, you can then position yourself for a new accommodation offer.

  • Offers
  • My applications
You can watch the validation steps of your file at any time.
The “position” section allows you to know where you are placed in relation to other applications submitted for the same accommodation.

  • By telephone at 0 970 800 800 (Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)
  • On the Internet, with an online form .
