A 4-month training to :

  • become independent in your procedures during your pregnancy and after the birth of your baby
  • gain confidence and feel comfortable in a group.
To participate, you have to:
- be pregnant
- be a refugee, or beneficiary of subsidiary protection, or stateless
- or have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit
- have signed the CIR (Republican Integration Contract) at the OFII
- or be a beneficiary of temporary protection
- be able to read and write in your native language
- live in a priority neighborhood.

Why is it interesting?

  • Use of various media: texts, audio recordings, videos, everyday documents, written exercises and role-playing scenarios
  • Improve your writing and speaking skills

  • Know how to communicate during appointments with your doctor and midwife, and at the maternity ward
  • Understand the care pathway during pregnancy
  • Understand the baby's care pathway.
A midwife is a healthcare professional who supports women during pregnancy, childbirth, and after the birth of the baby.
