A 5-month course to improve your French and integrate into French society, including:

  • French classes: Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 1pm
  • A conversation workshop: Thursdays from 2pm to 4pm
  • A presentation on citizenship: Mondays from 2pm to 5pm (for 2 months)
  • Artistic and cultural activities.
To participate in these courses, you must:
- have signed the CIR with the OFII
- have international protection (refugee status, beneficiary of subsidiary protection) and have been in France for less than 5 years.

Why is it interesting?

  • Learn and use new words
  • Understand verbs and grammar at level A1
  • Use simple sentences
  • Introduce yourself, ask questions
  • Understanding short messages.

  • Explanations on the rights and responsibilities of people living in France and on equality between women and men
  • Presentation of the values of the Republic
  • An introduction to the history of France.

During the training, several activities are offered to practice French, discover French culture and meet new people:

  • museum visits
  • theatre performances
  • films at the cinema...
