To participate, you must:
- be a refugee, or beneficiary of subsidiary protection, or stateless
- or have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit
- have signed the CIR (Republican Integration Contract) at the OFII
- or be a beneficiary of temporary protection
- be supported by the Local Mission or the PLIE (Local Plan for Integration and Employment) of Cotentin
- live in the Cotentin.
