  • use a computer or a smartphone.
The volunteers are digital public writers available to fill out paper forms and handle online procedures.

If the volunteers cannot help you, they will guide you to contact another organization.

Why is it interesting?

A volunteer will show you how to:

  • Create an account on official websites
  • Write a letter or an email to send or request documents
  • Apply for a residence permit, a travel document...

The drop-in sessions are free and open to everyone (all legal statuses and situations).
They take place in community centers or public libraries across different neighborhoods in Lyon.

The exchanges are confidential (anonymous).

  • Find out if you are eligible for financial aid and apply.
  • Keep track of important deadlines to submit your paperwork and protect your rights or benefits.
  • Learn how to complete the process on a computer or on the smartphone.
