For several weeks, refugee cooks work with local chefs and establishments to provide meals, workshops and meetings.

The goal is for residents, restaurant professionals, and refugees to meet around food.

The festival is organized in several French cities:

Toulouse
Lyon
Bordeaux

Events are also organised in other partner cities.
