It is also possible to receive:
- Support for administrative procedures
- Physical assistance if necessary: going to an appointment...
- Mediation services to communicate with government agencies
- Referral to appropriate structures if necessary.
The support is personalized according to your situation, if you face difficulties with French language, digital technology or administrative procedures.
To receive support, you must:
- have international protection: refugee, subsidiary protection, stateless person
- have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit
- have signed the CIR (republican integration contract) at the OFII.
This scheme is also open to beneficiaries of temporary protection with a valid provisional residence permit.
