With Practice Programme

A 4-month program to find a suitable job, with:

  • French lessons
  • advice on building a career plan tailored to your situation
  • explanations on how to search for a job using a computer or smartphone.
To participate in this program, you must:
- be registered with France Travail
- have health problems (chronic illness, addictions...)
- be available 4 half-days per week.

Why is it interesting?

  • Assessment of your skills and limitations
  • Presentation of working fields and occupations
  • Two individual meetings per month to discuss your situation and to ask questions about health, administrative procedures...

  • 2 hours of class per week, oral and written exercises, everyday and professional life situations
  • Interview preparation
  • Workshops with an actress to help you gain confidence and be able to speak in front of others.

  • Know the useful websites for finding a job
  • Create a resume (CV) and put it online or send it via a phone or computer
  • Store important documents in a personal digital hard-drive...

How to do it?

Ask a professional worker (France Travail advisor, Agir contact person, social worker, doctor at a health center, etc.) to contact the Arcat association.
