To participate, you must:
- Be a refugee, or beneficiary of subsidiary protection, or a stateless person, or have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit authorizing them to work
- Be willing to build a serious professional project
- Have an A1 level in French, both written and spoken
- Be motivated and reliable
