Improve your French skills with theatre

Come learn French and discover different professions through theatre, play and movement!

Throughout the year, a 4-hour workshop per week to:

  • improve your spoken and written French
  • discover the technical professions in the performing arts
  • use theatre to improve oral communication skills
  • visit cultural venues (shows, exhibitions)
  • prepare for and register for the DILF A1.1 or DELF A1 or A2 depending on your level
  • reach level A1 in the 1st semester and level A2 in the 2nd semester.
To participate, you must:
- be at least 16 years old
- reside in Paris
- or be a beneficiary of RSA (active solidarity income) and reside in Seine-Saint-Denis.
The workshop takes place from October to June, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 4pm. Please note that you will need to take a placement test (oral and written) before starting the course.

  • Discover everyday vocabulary and the world of work
  • Activities to improve speaking and writing skills.

  • Use of video media
  • Various jobs in the entertainment industry: receptionist, sound technician, security guard...

  • Using dance, play and theatre to learn to speak French
  • Group activities to help you feel good and gain confidence
  • Create and perform a play.

  • Registration for a French diploma: DILF or DELF
  • Preparation to understand the questions asked
  • Help with exam registration.

How to do it?

You can also ask a professional (social worker, France Travail advisor, Mission Locale referent or local integration agency...) to register you for this workshop.
