The Résidence Le Plessis offers furnished accommodation (rooms or studios) for rent.

You can stay by the month, for one or more nights, or on specific dates.

To apply for housing, you must:
- be between 16 and 30 years old
- have a job
- or be a student or be enrolled in training
- or be in a work-study program or apprenticeship
- or receive support for professional integration.
Membership fee for registration: 5 euros per year.
Security deposit: 110 euros .

Why is it interesting?

  • The rent is from 300 to 400 euros per month
  • Everything is included: water, heating, electricity, council tax.

  • Furnished rooms or studios: hob, refrigerator...
  • Bed linen provided
  • Washing machines, tumble dryers ( charges apply )
  • Mail handling and parcel reception
  • Shared spaces: computers, television...
  • Bike and scooter storage available, bikes for loan are available.

  • Help and advice for administrative procedures: taxes, France Travail (French employment agency) , budget management, CAF (French family allowance fund) , CPAM (French health insurance fund), driving licence, prefecture...
  • Explanations for being independent and completing the administrative procedures on your own
  • Advice on hygiene, cleanliness and home maintenance
  • Entertainment: activities every evening and an outing every month.

  • Opportunity of receiving housing assistance ( APL) from the CAF
  • Support for applying for APL : help with preparing the application, providing the necessary documents and sending the application.
A young person in an apprenticeship, after receiving CAF assistance with APL , will only pay €18 to €35 per month.
