Two days of activities per week during 9 months to:

  • Participate in civic, artistic or sporting activities to discover, learn and meet other people
  • Get back into a rhythm and rediscovering the desire to be active and to carry out projects
  • Think about your professional future (choosing a job, training, etc.)
  • Gain confidence and enhance your skills through workshops and individual coaching
  • Get in touch or get back in touch with job-seeking services (France Travail, Mission Locale…) to continue to be supported after the course.
To participate, you must:
- be over 18 years old
- to be allowed to work
- not being supported by France Travail, the Departmental Council, the Local Mission or Cap emploi,
the AGIR program or being without contact with a designated contact person for at least 5 months
- have professional and social difficulties
- be willing to integrate and find a job
It is possible to receive compensation depending on your situation.

1. Civic activities (ecological, solidarity and collective projects)

  • Reuse of medical equipment: inspecting, cleaning and repairing equipment to give it a second life
  • Sewing and textile projects: creating from recycled fabrics, giving value to clothing.

  • Know how to work in a team and share experiences
  • Feel useful and develop new skills.

2. Artistic and sporting activities

  • Visual arts: creating art with various, often recycled, materials.
  • Sports workshops: move, expend energy and feel better.

  • Gaining self-confidence
  • Discovering activities that provide energy and motivation.
