Individualized and group support for women who have been in exile in France for less than 5 years, to:

  • Build your professional project
  • Better prepare for social and professional integration
  • Complete your administrative procedures and access your rights
  • Learn more about the world of work in France
  • Gain confidence and share experiences with other women looking for work.
To participate, you must:
- be a woman
- be a beneficiary of international protection
or have been in France for less than 5 years and have signed the CIR (Republican Integration Contract) at the OFII
- not being supported by the AGIR scheme.

Why is it interesting?

Individual appointments with a professional to:

  • Talk about your career plans: work or training
  • Know your qualities and skills
  • Get help with paperwork and access benefits: health, housing…

Professional guidance and group work to:

  • Ask questions
  • Share experiences, difficulties encountered…
  • Create a personal action plan
  • Be listened, be supported and valued by the group
  • Improve your oral communication skills in French or another language
  • No longer be afraid to express yourself
  • Help each other.

Practical workshops to:

  • Discover the jobs that are hiring and the world of work
  • Know how to write a resume (CV) and a cover letter
  • Identify and showcase your skills
  • Know how to adapt your posture at work
