A multi-level support program to:

  • Improve your French through practice
  • Know the city of Bourg-en-Bresse and its services
  • Learn to move into and live in accommodation
  • Fulfill your personal administrative procedures
  • Know how to get around and be independent in daily life

Why is it interesting?

  • Improving your speaking skills, such as asking questions or making requests
  • Talking to others, such as reception staff
  • Using everyday words and expressions
  • Reading and understanding documents, such as notices or administrative paperwork
  • Responding to mail.

  • Getting to know your accommodation, such as water and electricity meters and common areas
  • Information about your rights and obligations as a tenant, such as rent, deposits and water consumption
  • Sorting your waste at home and in the city
  • Becoming self-sufficient in your administrative tasks, such as bills and financial aid
Common areas are spaces that all tenants can use, such as hallways, stairs, lifts or gardens.
The security deposit is the money that the tenant pays to the landlord at the beginning of the tenancy.

  • Getting to know your city, including public services (post office, town hall) and shops
  • Shopping and leisure activities
  • Use public transport, such as buses and shuttles
  • Visit cultural sites and government offices

  • Discover demanded professions with technical platforms
  • Find a training program that suits your situation
  • Understand the corporate world: social codes, rules
  • Discover digital tools
  • Presentation of useful structures or services: Family Allowance Fund (CAF), Health Insurance...
  • Personalized guidance to build your career plan.
Technical platforms are places equipped to train you in conditions close to real work (cooking, building, mechanics...).
