With Offre de Repérage et de Remobilisation (O2R)

Support for 6 to 9 months tailored to your needs and situation to:

  • find accommodation, work, solutions for moving around
  • get access to your rights to health and housing
  • take part in individual or group activities.

The O2R team (2 people) travels throughout the Vienne region to meet you, listen to you and support you.

To participate in this program, you must:
- have the right to work
- live in the Greater Châtellerault urban community
- be referred by a social worker
- be a refugee, or a beneficiary of subsidiary protection
- or be a beneficiary of RSA or other social minima ( AAH , ASS , etc.)
- or be a single parent
- or be hosted or not have accommodation.
Please note, you must not have support from France Travail , Mission Locale , Cap emploi and AGIR.

Why is it interesting?

You can receive personalized social and professional support to:

  • find accommodation and a job
  • move around more easily
  • access your rights: CAF, Health Insurance, etc.
Support will be adjusted to your situation, with the help of social workers and local partners.

Every week you will be in contact with your contact to:

  • Look for a job
  • Create a resume and a cover letter
  • Build a professional project
  • Prepare for a job interview.

You can also do several activities:

  • Adjusted sport
Adjusted sport is for people with mental disabilities, psychological disorders or behavioral difficulties.
  • Company visits
  • Volunteer missions
Volunteering is an unpaid, voluntary activity to help other people or participate in useful projects (distributing meals, supporting the elderly, etc.).

You can receive money if you have earned less than €300 per month for the last three months.

The amount varies depending on your personal situation. It can range from €224 to €769.

How to do it?

Your social worker must log in to the inclusion platform and complete the registration form with you.
