Where is it?

Take care of your mental health and get support

Updated on il y a 24 jours

It is a consultation service with professionals specialized in psychological trauma experienced during the exile process to:

  • talk with psychologists without judgment
  • tell us about your journey, your arrival in France
  • express your emotions, ask questions
  • be supported in your integration and find solutions.
It's open to everyone and free. You'll interact in a quiet and confidential setting. Psychologists will not share information with anyone else.

Why is it interesting?

  • Being able to talk about everything: anger, anxiety, loneliness, difficulty sleeping, loss of appetite, etc.
  • Get individual advice.
If you speak French poorly, you can also have the help of a professional interpreter in your own language, to make yourself understood if necessary. They will be able to translate what you wish to say during your consultations.
  • Be understood and have support adapted to your needs.
  • Look for solutions and get support.
  • Understand your emotions: fear, sadness, anger, anxiety, etc.
  • Learn to communicate better and to communicate more easily in front of others.
  • Meet other exiles and share your experience.
  • Relax and express yourself differently.
  • Feel better and no longer be alone.
  • Building new benchmarks to better integrate.

How to do it?

If you are being monitored by a social worker or accommodated in a reception structure (CPH, CADA, HUDA, etc.), you must ask the professional who helps you to contact us to schedule an appointment at 06 99 14 94 96 or email secretariatpsytoulon@france-terre-asile.org

If you are unaccompanied and living alone, call 06 99 14 94 96 or email secretariatpsytoulon@france-terre-asile.org to schedule an appointment.

You can also ask a friend or volunteer to contact us for you.
