- learn French
- understand and discover French culture
- know and access their rights.
To participate, you must:
- be a woman
- have international protection: refugee, subsidiary protection, stateless person
- or have been in France for less than 5 years with a residence permit
- have signed the CIR (contrat d'intégration républicaine) at the OFII.
