An 8-week program to find a job and better integrate companies with:

  • tips to write a resume and cover letter, and rebuil self-confidence
  • a presentation of the work field: companies, employee rights
  • discussion times to practice French
  • individual support from a mentor.
Mentors are professionals employed by companies to help you in your career and your job search.
To participate, you must: - have level A2 written and oral - have international protection (refugee, subsidiary protection, stateless person) - and have been in France for less than 5 years - have signed the CIR (republican integration contract) at the OFII.

  • Improve your job search techniques, prepare for an interview.

With the help of professionals, you can:

  • Visit companies, training centers
  • Know the available professions
  • Learn the company codes and how to read a pay slip...
  • Develop your network.

  • Practice French on different subjects: family, cooking, etc.
  • Better integrate you into the company.

How to do it?

You can also ask a professional (social worker, France Travail advisor, Mission Locale representative, etc.) to follow this program.
