A program to connect exiled women and professionals working in large companies in France, to:

  • help finding a job
  • have advice for career development
  • expand the professional network.
The person who accompanies you is a “mentor”.
The matchmaking process varies depending on the mentor's language, city, professional goals, personal interests, and availability.

Why is it interesting?

  • A minimum of 6 meetings in 6 months (face-to-face or remotely)
  • Help and advice based on your situation
  • Support and confidence to ask questions about any topic.

  • Improving your resume
  • Writing cover letters together
  • Preparing for job interviews.

  • Better communicate in professional situations
  • Learn new everyday words.

How to do it?

Complete this registration form, available in several languages (top right).

The networking is generally organized every year from March 1 to May 30 and from September 1 to November 30.
Outside of these periods, you may have to wait for about 2 months.
