Where is it?

Find temporary accommodation

Updated on il y a 20 jours

It is access to temporary furnished accommodation with a single rent to be paid every month.

In addition to housing, you can receive comprehensive social support tailored to your situation.

To apply for this accommodation, you must:
- be a single person (male or female) with limited income or have difficulty finding ordinary housing.
It is not possible to accommodate outsiders in the residence. Minors and animals are not accepted.

Why is it interesting?

You can live in a 21m² accommodation with:

  • An entrance with access to the bathroom, toilet and sink
  • A small kitchen area with two electric hotplates and a refrigerator
  • A bedroom with a closet.

Several services are available:

  • Maintenance and cleaning of common areas (shared spaces)
  • Access to sheets with cleaning every 15 days (not obligatory and free)
  • Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer (paid service, tokens can be purchased at the residence reception)
  • Internet access with a paid package of €10 per month

Capacity of 3 m3 of water per month included in the rental price

  • Presence of night watchmen, every evening of the week, from Monday to Sunday
  • Possibility of calling an on-call service available in case of emergency 24/7.
It is possible to have first floor accommodation for people with reduced mobility (i.e. with a disability or with difficulty moving around).
The first floor is the very bottom floor of a building, where the entrance is located.
  • Presence of a team of professionals during the day from Monday to Friday
  • Social support if necessary depending on your needs: assistance with administrative procedures (request for financial aid, file to complete, preparation of documents, etc.)
  • Explanations for being independent and doing the procedures alone.

The goal is to keep your home and still be able to pay for your accommodation.

  • A single payment for rent and charges (charges to be paid in addition to the rent for water, electricity, etc.)
  • You can get housing assistance (APL) from the CAF.
People who receive social assistance (RSA, ASS, AAH, etc.) are entitled to APL at the highest amount.
