Where is it?
Find temporary accommodation
It is access to temporary furnished accommodation with a single rent to be paid every month.
In addition to housing, you can receive comprehensive social support tailored to your situation.
- be a single person (male or female) with limited income or have difficulty finding ordinary housing.
It is not possible to accommodate outsiders in the residence. Minors and animals are not accepted.
Why is it interesting?
You can live in a 21m² accommodation with:
- An entrance with access to the bathroom, toilet and sink
- A small kitchen area with two electric hotplates and a refrigerator
- A bedroom with a closet.
Several services are available:
- Maintenance and cleaning of common areas (shared spaces)
- Access to sheets with cleaning every 15 days (not obligatory and free)
- Laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer (paid service, tokens can be purchased at the residence reception)
- Internet access with a paid package of €10 per month
Capacity of 3 m3 of water per month included in the rental price
- Presence of night watchmen, every evening of the week, from Monday to Sunday
- Possibility of calling an on-call service available in case of emergency 24/7.
The first floor is the very bottom floor of a building, where the entrance is located.
- Presence of a team of professionals during the day from Monday to Friday
- Social support if necessary depending on your needs: assistance with administrative procedures (request for financial aid, file to complete, preparation of documents, etc.)
- Explanations for being independent and doing the procedures alone.
The goal is to keep your home and still be able to pay for your accommodation.
How to do it?
- Go to the reception of the Lucie et Raymond Aubrac social residence to request an application form.
2. Complete the file and prepare the requested documents.
