"Facil Démarches" workshops with a reception agent and a social worker to:

• carry out your administrative formalities without using a computer (paper document or form to complete).
• get explanations, advice and guidance throughout the process.

At the CCAS, you can use a computer to:

• Make administrative appointments
• Renew a residence permit
• File a quarterly RSA (active solidarity income) declaration
• Apply for AME (state medical aid), CSS (complementary health solidarity), prime d'activité or housing assistance
• Sort and understand your documents or mail.

At the health and solidarity reception point (PASS), you can also:

• Keep in touch with friends and family (use social networks, send emails, etc.)
• Do some research on the Internet.

The team can show you how to use the computer and how to do things online more easily.
