Updated on 21 days ago

What is it?

The opportunity to work in the green spaces or construction domain to:

  • lay tiles, paint walls and floors
  • do plumbing
  • clean and maintain green spaces
  • prune vines and harvest fruits.

The goal is to learn the skills of a trade to enter the world of work.
You do not need any experience, you are always accompanied by a team leader who explains the technical procedures to you and accompanies you on the construction sites.

The contracts are fixed-term integration contracts (CDDI) of 32 hours per week for 4 months, renewable for a maximum of 2 years.

Why is it interesting?

  • 32 hours of work per week on an integration site
  • Salary at minimum wage level.
  • Learning a trade
  • Knowing the techniques and developing skills to become a painter, tiler or grape harvester
  • Knowing how to use the right equipment and products
  • Progressing in French and communicating in professional situations
  • Working as a team.
  • Support for procedures (residence permit, France Travail, housing, health insurance, etc.)
  • Tips for finding training or stable work in the sector that interests you
  • Finding solutions to pay for your driving license
  • Help to find a French course.

How to do it?

Your social worker, your France Travail or Prevention Club advisor , your Mission Locale representative, a professional from the CCAS (communal social action center), a professional from the CSD (departmental solidarity district) or the AGIR program... must connect to the inclusion platform.
