Receive support for administrative procedures

With Communal Centre for Social Action of the City of Angers (CCAS)

Personalised support for people who have fled their country to:

  • Answer all their questions (administrative documents, housing, etc.)
  • Direct them to essential services: language courses, digital support, job hunting, etc.
  • Help them settle in and succeed with their integration.
To receive this support, you must not be a beneficiary of the AGIR program or be supported by a Temporary Accommodation Center (CPH).
Please note, it is not necessary to make an appointment.

Why is it interesting?

  • Opening of benefits: request financial aid from the CAF, obtain a Vitale card with health insurance...
  • Finding accommodation.

  • Sorting documents, advice and explanations for completing administrative procedures.
  • Support for attending appointments: healthcare, work, etc.
  • Guidance towards organisations based on your situation: energy providers, training centres.

  • Find courses adapted to your level with a language assessment platform
  • Learn French.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

  • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.
For adults without fixed accommodation, you can receive support with your healthcare procedures from a social worker and a reception and mediation officer.
