What is it?
The CCAS (Angers municipal social action centre) can provide financial assistance of up to €150 to:
- open the meters (water, electricity, gas) in your new accommodation
- buy dishes and linens
- pay for home insurance.
Why is it interesting?
You can receive help to pay the cost of opening meters (water, electricity, gas).
With this assistance, you have the possibility to purchase dishes and household linen.
Financial assistance helps you pay for your first home insurance.
How to do it?
You must give:
- proof of address (electricity bill, telephone bill, etc.) for more than 3 months
- your original valid residence permit
- your latest bank statement or proof of resources and expenses (pay slip, social benefits, etc.) over the last 30 days
- proof of family situation (family record book, etc.)
- the letter of ineligibility for the FSL and all letters of refusal of financial aid to show the steps taken with the departmental council, the CAF or the MSA (agricultural social security)
- the housing lease (the contract signed with the owner of the housing)
- the new valid home insurance receipt
- quotes for crockery and household linen
- invoices (paid or not) for meter openings or home insurance contracts

- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
