Take training in the field of electricity, air conditioning or heating

A 5-month training course to prepare for entry into the MEE (maintenance and energy efficiency) or MELEC (Electricity and connected environments jobs) vocational baccalaureate with:

  • French lessons
  • workshops on social rights, health
  • sports and cultural activities
  • 1 week of internship in a company
  • support from an ENGIE employee to speak French and help you build your professional project.

This training prepares you for careers as an electrician or maintenance technician.

The training is organized in partnership with the company ENGIE.
You can receive a remuneration of €200 per month if you attend all classes.
To participate in this training, you must:
- live or have your domicile address in department 92 (Hauts de Seine)
- or have signed the CIR in the 92.

Start date: January 2025.

Why is it interesting?

  • 18 hours of French lessons per week
  • Learn technical vocabulary
  • Communicate better in everyday life and in professional situations.

During the training, an ENGIE employee will support you in:

  • updating your CV, building your professional project, explaining the organization of the company
  • participating in sporting activities, cultural outings, etc.

After this training:

  • you will have the possibility to start a professional baccalaureate MEE (maintenance and energy efficiency) or MELEC (Electricity and connected environments professions) which lasts 3 years
  • you will be able to be hired in the ENGIE company to work in electricity or heating / air conditioning.
Examples of professions: electrician, electrical technician, electrical installation site manager, electromechanic, telecoms installer, cable installer, maintenance technician, operations technician, etc.
