Learn French and be helped to find a job

With Femmes vers l'emploi

French lessons twice a week, from literacy level to B1, in order to:

  • be able to communicate in different situations
  • look for a job
  • be independent in daily and professional life.
To participate in these courses, you must:
- be a woman who is in France for less than 5 years
- have completed French courses at OFII (French Office of immigration and integration)

Why is it interesting?

  • Learn to read and write
  • Communicate in daily and professional life

  • Explanations of the French administrative, educational and economic systems
  • Presentation of history and culture.

  • Make a CV
  • Know how to do a research and to contact a business
  • Learn the vocabulary of job offers

  • Learn how to move around Lyon and the surrounding area (by transport, by car, on foot)
  • Receive help with your paperwork (appointments at the prefecture, applying for a social housing, etc.).
