Where is it?
Get a global medical, social and legal support
What is it?
A care pathway adapted to exiled women victims of gender-based violence with:
- individual support and monitoring: medical consultations, psychological support, social and legal support
- group activities to get better.
- be of legal age
- have arrived in France less than 3 years ago
- have experienced gender-based violence: sexual violence (rape, genital mutilation, etc.)
- not have medical or psychological monitoring, or regular monitoring for HIV (AIDS) and HBV (hepatitis B) infections
- need comprehensive support.
If eligible, women with children can apply and follow this course.
Why is it interesting?
- Physical, gynecological and psychological examination
- Screening for sexually transmitted diseases, checking vaccinations.
- Find out about your rights and get help with your administrative procedures (state medical aid, universal health coverage, etc.)
- Have legal support (asylum application, residence permit)
- Group classes to feel better: dance, cycling, swimming, beauty treatments, classes on sexuality, etc.
- Forget bad memories and regain self-confidence.
The team is made up of doctors, psychologists, psychiatrists, occupational therapists, nurses, midwives, lawyers, a sexologist, a health mediator and social mediators...
Throughout the treatment process, the patient is monitored and guided towards the services or structures suited to their situation.
