Individual support from professionals who will:

  • explain and help you with administrative procedures (residence permit, family, nationality, etc.)
  • give you advice on rights.
To be supported, you must be in a regular situation: have a receipt, or a residence permit, or a long-stay visa.

How to do it?

The phone reception is open from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
