This is personalised support over a period of 6 to 8 months to help people find long-term employment.

This programme is open to new arrivals (people who have been in France for less than 5 years).

Group workshops and individual interviews are offered to:

  • find out about company codes
  • present your career path and build your career plan...

Why is it interesting?

  • Group support: job search workshop, cultural and life skills workshop.
  • Individual support: physical interview twice a month and telephone follow-up every week for a period of 6 to 8 months.

  • Meet professionals from our network of companies and temporary employment companies from all sectors.
  • Perfect your professional integration: immersion in the professional world (internships, company visits).

  • Assess the steps taken
  • Find solutions to any difficulties encountered.
