This is personalised support over a period of 6 to 8 months to help people find long-term employment.
This programme is open to new arrivals (people who have been in France for less than 5 years).
Group workshops and individual interviews are offered to:
- find out about company codes
- present your career path and build your career plan...
Why is it interesting?
- Group support: job search workshop, cultural and life skills workshop.
- Individual support: physical interview twice a month and telephone follow-up every week for a period of 6 to 8 months.
- Meet professionals from our network of companies and temporary employment companies from all sectors.
- Perfect your professional integration: immersion in the professional world (internships, company visits).
- Assess the steps taken
- Find solutions to any difficulties encountered.
