Permanent meetings with professionals for:

  • assist you in using a computer and the Internet (sending an email, scanning a document, printing a certificate, etc.)
  • help you complete your administrative procedures online (prefecture, CAF, social security, ANTS, etc.).

There are 3 locations in Rennes (see map), open to all without appointment.

Professionals are not lawyers and cannot help you with legal matters.
But depending on your situation, it is possible to put you in touch with other professionals.

Why is it interesting?

You can ask for help with several steps:

  • Application and renewal of residence permit, change of address, travel document... on the ANEF website for foreigners in France
  • Collect your residence permit, renew a receipt, make an appointment on the Ille-et-Vilaine Prefecture website
  • Exchange of foreign license, request for driving license or registration card on France Titres.
Professionals do not replace administrations, they help you understand and carry out each procedure.
It is not possible to have support to apply for a visa or family reunification.

You can ask for explanations to perform several actions on a computer or on a phone:

  • Open an email box, send and read messages
  • Write messages for administrative or personal procedures
  • Scan and send documents
  • Print certificates or important documents
  • Create a personal folder on a website or application
  • Complete a form on the Internet
  • Make an appointment online or on an app
It is not possible to have support for writing letters.

  • how to pay on the Internet
  • how to use cell phone properly
  • how to store and share documents on Google Drive...
