What is it?
Permanent meetings with professionals for:
- assist you in using a computer and the Internet (sending an email, scanning a document, printing a certificate, etc.)
- help you complete your administrative procedures online (prefecture, CAF, social security, ANTS, etc.).
There are 3 locations in Rennes (see map), open to all without appointment.
Professionals are not lawyers and cannot help you with legal matters.

Why is it interesting?
You can ask for help with several steps:
- Application and renewal of residence permit, change of address, travel document... on the ANEF website for foreigners in France
- Collect your residence permit, renew a receipt, make an appointment on the Ille-et-Vilaine Prefecture website
- Exchange of foreign license, request for driving license or registration card on France Titres.
Professionals do not replace administrations, they help you understand and carry out each procedure.
