A program dedicated to women, to:

  • Know the construction sector and see if a professional project is possible
  • Discover different professions in the sector: painter, electrician, plumber, machine operator, architect, etc.
  • Understand the stereotypes of the sector (few women, difficulties, etc.)
  • Meet professionals and look for work or training.
To register for this program, you must:
- be a woman
- be interested in the construction sector
- have at least an A1 level of French
- live or have an address in the 93 in: Bagnolet, Bobigny, Bondy, Le Pré Saint-Gervais, Les Lilas, Montreuil, Noisy-le-Sec, Pantin, Romainville.

There are other criteria depending on your situation (receiving RSA, ASS, being a refugee, being a single parent, having recognition of the disabled worker status). Contact the training center for more information.

How to do it?

  1. Send a message to 07 52 08 26 01 with your name, first name and address (home and mail), with a sentence to say that you are interested in the "Les découverteuses" training.
  2. The "We are all builders" training center will give you an appointment for an information meeting
  3. You will have an interview.
