A place where women who have suffered violence can:

  • receive help and support
  • take a break
  • feel less alone
  • talk freely about difficult situations.

The centre is open to all women, free of charge, walk-in and anonymous.

You can come alone, with your children or with another person.

Why is it interesting?

  • Two professionals specializing in the management of violence against women
  • Express physical, psychological or psychic suffering
  • Understand your ability to cope with the situation, to grasp it, to change it.

  • Understand that you may be in danger, mind your safety
  • Learn how to successfully talk about your emotions
  • Prevent violence.

  • To exercise your rights (health, legal)
  • Support for looking after children, looking for work, etc.
  • Public services and administrations in Loire-Atlantique (CAF agencies, town hall, post office, local mission, etc.).
