7 hours of training per week for those under 25 to:

- Mastering personal protective equipment (PPE) and workplace safety
- Understanding an instruction
- Getting to know the rights and responsibilities of an employee: sick leave, paid leave, etc.

- Presentation of different professions
- Vocabulary of each sector of activity.
