What is it?
Individual support to:
- explain the medical system in France to you
- help you pay attention to your health, treat your illness.
To benefit from this support, you must sign the republican integration contract (CIR) with the OFII.
Why is it interesting?

- Booking a medical appointment over the phone
- Reading a medical report
- Administrative procedures (requesting a carte vitale, reimbursement, etc.).
