Individual support to:

explain the medical system in France to you
help you pay attention to your health, treat your illness.

To benefit from this support, you must sign the republican integration contract (CIR) with the OFII.

Why is it interesting?

Role of the treating doctor
What expenses are reimbursed
Having and using mutual insurance
Booking a medical appointment over the phone
Reading a medical report
Administrative procedures (requesting a carte vitale, reimbursement, etc.).

Understand the situation to make decisions
Find specialist doctors and prepare for appointments
Possibility of having an interpreter in your language.

Know when to get vaccinated
Organize check-ups (dental, vision, etc.) and screenings
Know public health issues (alcohol, tobacco, sleep, diet, etc.).

How to do it?

Ask your social worker, your "France Travail" advisor, your Local Mission representative, a person from your accommodation center... to download the orientation sheet available here (Others section)
