Where is it?
Take care of your mental health
What is it?
A welcoming space, a listening ear, support for people who have experienced difficult situations in their own country, on their journey to come to Europe, since their arrival in France.
You have difficulty sleeping, you have nightmares, you have body aches, you have memory issues, you are stressed, you don't have any more hope for the future: mental health professionals are there to help you.
Why is it interesting?
The association helps you in overcoming difficult times in your life and reducing the symptoms of psychological trauma.
Professionals use specific techniques and offer treatments to help you feel better.
You don't have to explain your personal story.
But if you need to talk about some difficult moments, it is of course possible and free.
Interpreters and translators are available to understand and speak your native language.
You can choose in which language you want to communicate with professionals.
We invite you to take part in an information session on the consequences of exile on health (in particular the symptoms of psychotrauma).
