What is it?
During a permanence, professionals are available to help people living with HIV (AIDS) access social and health rights. They can help to:
- request financial aid from the CAF or Family Allocations Service,
- apply for social housing, find private housing, answer questions about accommodation,
- resolve legal issues, find a lawyer ,
- apply for a residence permit,
- seek advice, get medications or search for doctors and health specialists contacts.
Why is it interesting?
- A team of professionals (social workers and lawyers) trained to help people living with HIV (AIDS)
- Advice and information tailored to your situation, replies to most of the requests.
Support seeked on HIV (AIDS), sexual orientation or gender identity issues remains confidential.
People working in the association are subject to professional secrecy which means every information or things your said will remain confidential, secret.
If you encounter financial difficulties, the association can provide service tickets or can help you pay for your groceries, your tax stamps, certain bills or, for instance, for the Navigo pass.
