Seeing a psychologist and taking care of your mental health
What is it?
Have you experienced difficult situations in your country, on your way to France or since you arrived?
Can't sleep (insomnia), have nightmares, a headache, forget information, feel bad about the past?
This health centre offers free appointments with doctors, psychologists, osteopaths, etc.
It is open to all people, regardless of sex, age or origin, who have been victims of torture, forced marriage, sexual mutilation, religious persecution, violence linked to their sexuality, war, etc...
Why is it interesting?
You pay nothing and there is no means test (with or without a carte vitale and social security card, with or without a salary).
The health centre team is made up of doctors, psychologists, osteopaths and a yogatherapist.
Each specialist uses different techniques to help you, depending on your needs.
The health centre provides comprehensive support to help you feel at ease in your daily life.
As well as medical help, there are also French and computer workshops, and cultural outings.
How to do it?
You will find the date for making an appointment on the website here.
Call on the indicated day at 01 45 33 31 74 .
There are a lot of requests, so if you can't reach the secretarial office on the day the appointments open, you must keep trying.
Do not leave a message on the answering machine nor send a request by e-mail.
