A 4 and a half month course to become a commis chef, i.e kitchen assistant with:

French training (180 hours) to learn cooking vocabulary and prepare to sit for a French diploma
Cooking training (400 hours) to discover recipes, cooking techniques and obtain a commis chef's diploma
A 3-week internship in a restaurant
Private lessons (20 hours): use of digital technology, development of a professional project, etc.
Social and professional support from the school teams.

Why is it interesting?

At the end of the training, you will have 2 diplomas which can be useful to you throughout your life:

You will perform a 3-week internship in a restaurant adjusted to your desires and your professional project.

You will be supported to identify and develop in depth your professional project: diagnosis and social monitoring, workshops to create a resume, etc.
