What is it?

A 2-part training course to learn a job in the cleaning sector:

Part 1: French course to learn the vocabulary of the professional cleaning sector

Part 2: cleaning techniques and preparation for MCCP (mastery of key cleanliness skills) and AS2 (level 2 service agent) certifications.

The training lasts 150 hours in total, from April 4, 2024 to June 4, 2024, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Certifications will take place on June 6, 2024.
Places are still available, the objective is to train 20 cleaners in total.
The training is accessible to people with disabilities.
The placement tests are between March 4 and 29, 2024.

Why is it interesting?

You will learn to read, write and count in French, in order to be able to follow and validate professional training.

The training offers a theoretical module, which prepares you for mastering basic skills in the cleaning sector (MCCP):

  • Justifying and explaining a choice of equipment
  • Reading figures
  • Finding your bearings in space and time
  • Using a stock sheet
  • Writing a short message in a liaison notebook and calculating quantities
  • Carrying out a dosage in accordance with a nomenclature
  • Using professional language and vocabulary specific to the cleaning sector...

The course prepares you for certification as a Senior Service Agent:

  • Identify and use cleaning products safely
  • Identify the different types of floor to optimise maintenance
  • Comply with safety rules
  • Apply cleaning and disinfection techniques and procedures to maintain offices, washrooms and common areas...
