Learn to use digital tools

These are group or individual digital workshops for allophone people (who do not speak French well).

A facilitator helps you:

  • use a computer, smartphone, tablet
  • carry out administrative procedures on the internet
  • learn French with digital technology for all levels.
The facilitator can use an online translator to communicate more easily with participants during the workshops.

Why is it interesting?

  • Presentation of digital tools: PC, Ubuntu operating system, smartphone, tablet, etc.
  • Know how to use these tools: online search, installing applications on smartphones and tablets, etc.

You can ask questions and get help with your administrative formalities: setting up a bank account, applying for CAF benefits, opening your health insurance entitlement, etc.

You can do online exercises on your smartphone, computer or tablet to work on your vocabulary and your level of French.

The digital tools discovery workshops take place on Wednesday mornings. Wednesday afternoons are reserved for using Pix or Pronote. We also offer individual workshops by appointment on Thursday mornings and Friday afternoons.

Our workshops take place at the Social and Cultural Animation Center, 3 impasse du Château, 02500 - Hirson.
