Updated on 6 months ago

What is it?

A training free and paid to learn the profession of logistics employee, and sign a permanent or fixed-term contract at the end.

The training is organized from Monday to Friday for 3 months.

You will learn to:

  • Welcome and support customers
  • Prepare orders
  • Ensure the reception, control and shelving of products.
To submit an application, you must:
- have a residence permit with work authorization
- have a minimum level of French A2
- be registered with France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi) or in the process of registering
- be available full time (5 days per week) during the 3 months of training.

There are several training courses per year, in several sectors (distribution, transport, health, banking, etc.) and in several cities (Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lille, etc.). The programs are here.

At the end of each training course, you have the option of signing a permanent contract, fixed-term contract or a work-study placement in a large company.

Why is it interesting?

  • Learn the skills of a logistics employee or order preparer
  • Have confidence in yourself and adopt a professional posture adapted to each situation.
Depending on your situation, you can receive between €250 and €685 each month from France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi).
  • French courses to better understand and communicate orally and in writing
  • Know the professional specialist vocabulary.

At the end of the training, you have the opportunity to do an internship to put the new skills into practice.

The goal is to sign a permanent or fixed-term contract, or a full-time work-study contract (depending on your experience).
