The Café des mondes is a space open to all to exchange ideas in French, do activities, meet new people and drink coffee.

The goal is to have fun, support each other, and improve your French.

Numerous games and activities are offered there.

You can come and go as you please. It's free and without obligation.

Why is it interesting?

  • Better understanding of French
  • Getting to know how to communicate orally by speaking with French-speaking volunteers
  • Becoming more independent in your daily life.

You can meet and chat with people, hear different accents, help each other…

You can participate in group workshops (cooking and tasting workshops, board games, outdoor games, etc.), but also suggest new activities.

How to do it?

To participate, come every Thursday morning from 10am (except during school holidays) to the Café des Mondes at the MJC Palente (address: 24 Rue des Roses, 25000 Besançon).
