Where is it?
Train in trades and sales
What is it?
It is a qualifying training course that prepares you for careers in commerce, sales and mass distribution.
There is no need to have a diploma or specific experience in these professions to start training.
The training offered is work-study. There are 1 to 2 days of training per week (remote videoconference) and the rest of the week you work in store.
The training prepares you for several professions:
- Self-service employee
- Cashier / receptionist
- Drive-through order picker
- Multi-skilled retail clerk (checkout/radius)
- Fresh produce salesperson (delicatessen, fishmonger's, cheese shop, bakery)
- Non-food product salesperson (ready-to-wear, household equipment, DIY, sport)
- Butcher.

You can learn a trade and work in a store at the same time. At the end of the training, you validate a CQP (Professional Qualification Certificate).
You are paid a percentage of the minimum wage (Smic).
This varies according to your age and your progress through the course:
- From the age of 16 to 25, you are paid a percentage of the minimum wage (SMIC)
- From the age of 26, you are paid 100% of the minimum wage.

- Choose the date and time, when you are available for a telephone interview
- Write your personal information (last name, first name, address, telephone number, email address) and confirm.
- You then receive an email which confirms the appointment
- Watch the video that presents the training
- Send your CV by email to recrut@iseah.fr
- Also send your Pôle emploi identifier if you are registered with Pôle emploi.
