What is it?

It is a qualifying training course that prepares you for careers in commerce, sales and mass distribution.

Training can begin at any time of the year.
There is no need to have a diploma or specific experience in these professions to start training.

The training offered is work-study. There are 1 to 2 days of training per week (remote videoconference) and the rest of the week you work in store.

The training prepares you for several professions:

  • Self-service employee
  • Cashier / receptionist
  • Drive-through order picker
  • Multi-skilled retail clerk (checkout/radius)
  • Fresh produce salesperson (delicatessen, fishmonger's, cheese shop, bakery)
  • Non-food product salesperson (ready-to-wear, household equipment, DIY, sport)
  • Butcher.

Why is it interesting?

  • Develop your knowledge of the company
  • Know how to adapt your posture at work
  • Visit businesses...

You can learn a trade and work in a store at the same time. At the end of the training, you validate a CQP (Professional Qualification Certificate).

You are paid a percentage of the minimum wage (Smic).

This varies according to your age and your progress through the course:

  • From the age of 16 to 25, you are paid a percentage of the minimum wage (SMIC)
  • From the age of 26, you are paid 100% of the minimum wage.
