Where is it?

Support to find training and employment

Updated on il y a 7 mois

What is it?

Are you looking for work or training? Do you need advice for your professional project in France?

We offer you custom support with:

1. individual interviews to meet your needs and find a job or training

2. group workshops to work on your difficulties.

You must have at least an A2 level of French (written and spoken) to join this system.

Why is it interesting?

  • Know how to create a CV and a cover letter, carry out research simulations, prepare for an interview…
  • Know the codes of the business world
  • Develop your confidence and self-esteem (group workshops and role-playing).
Computer workshops are also offered to help you become independent in your professional life.

We make an in-depth diagnosis of your situation and help you build your professional project. We also help you recognize your diplomas and promote your experience.

You can be put in contact with our partner companies to facilitate your professional integration.

Regular one-to-one meetings are organised (3 times a week) to review your situation.

Collective meetings are organized to understand the functioning of social action structures, access to rights and support towards employment: social workers, CAF agents, accommodation centers, etc.

How to do it?

Send us an email to bonjour@metishima.org specifying your needs and indicating your phone number. We will contact you to arrange a meeting date.

We only receive by appointment.
